Vacuum suction system
This method is the most standardly adopted among pneumatic conveying systems, using a vacuum blower to transport powder from a hopper through an air stream at below atmospheric pressure by suction.
This is a simple and economical transportation method suitable for short-distance (150-200m) and small-capacity transport.
It is suitable for systems that collect various types of powder from multiple sources, such as electrostatic precipitators and various hoppers, and deposit them into a single storage silo.
