Overview

Bottom Ash falls to a submerged scraper conveyor installed in the lower part of furnace and it is mixed in water and is cooled off.
The ash separates from water passing through a conveyer.
And the ash is crushed in clinkerclusher and is stored to the Ash bunker with a chain conveyer or a belt conveyor.
The stored ash is transported by a truck to an ashpond.

Our equipment is

● Continuous processing is possible.
● There is little utility amount of consumption.
● Equipments expense and running cost are very lower than other methods.
● Other than general charcoal, it can process the special fuel such as lignite or the small piece of wood.
